Heading to meet Jeff and Christine in Quebec City. A brief stop at the Big Apple for a fritter and a pee… and a night in Brockville in a lovely boutique hotel called 48 King West Boutique Hotel that used to be a bank. Incredibly inventive name!
We were going to go to a local brew pub but as we were killing time waiting for a patio table I saw this sub shop across the street and the reviews were splendid. And it didn’t disappoint. Great customer service and fantastic fresh subs!

We visited the Brockville Rail Tunnel which I was wanting to visit for quite some time and had a reason to visit.
We stayed at a cute boutique hotel in a crazy big room. The hotel was in a bank and the other rooms sounded very unique also with two floors and one has a private patio with hot tub.

Completed in 1860, the Brockville Railway Tunnel is Canada's first railway tunnel, running 500 meters beneath downtown Brockville. It has been restored into a paved, wheelchair-accessible pedestrian path featuring dynamic light and sound installations.
