These restaurants are always a crap shoot, they are shared up to 8 people at a table. We are now 2 for 2! Last year we had a fun table and this year was great also! And I don’t remember the food being as good last year. The beef just melted in your mouth and everything was full of flavour. Although the Mexican at our table definitely desired more spice. She is the only Mexican we will ever meet named Cheryl so just call her Maria (her words, not ours).
And note, you don’t cook anything yourself, you have a super fun server starting the dinner with a drinking game. They take your order and do all the cooking.
The couple next to Brad were from Puerto Rico and they gave us a beach and a bakery to visit when we are there in January (my 50th birthday cruise).
The second couple were from south California and gave us tips for our stop at Catalina Island on our September cruise… his tip was don’t go, it is boring after summer is over. We will be there in September.
We were also told never to show up on time for a Latin event, they say 2, show up at 4. And there is such a thing as a Latin good bye… it never ends.
