I didn’t have high hopes for this fritter because it didn’t look as dark and crispy. It actually looked a little bit wet. Maybe missing some glaze? When I cut into it, my hopes got higher because I saw chunks of apple, which looked delicious. But as I ate it, my hopes deteriorated again because the flavour just wasn’t there. There was no nice crust on the outside, and the apple was faint and the cinnamon was barely whispering in my taste buds.
