I sold my watch and last week I tried calling Roger’s to cancel my watch cellular plan. I made my way through the labyrinth of options to transfer to an agent and they were too busy to even put me in a queue. Today I did the same. But it’s seems calling using 611 I did get to talk to someone… it’s horrendous. I had to pay an extra $10 because I wasn’t able to get a live agent. You can not cancel on their site. And then when I got an agent it took 30 minutes of processing and hold time.
