Shaanxi-style hand-pulled wide belt ribbon noodle tossed in house chili oil, Sichuan peppercorn, and minced braised meat/mushrooms, topped with scallions and fresh cilantro (cut tableside with gold shears).
This was really good and I was lucky enough to be able to pick at the left over sauce.
