Gunbae
Another successful Gunbae meal! It’s always a gamble when you have a shared meal experience. We had some newlyweds from Michigan and a guy from Campbell River. So the conversation and the food was great!

Another successful Gunbae meal! It’s always a gamble when you have a shared meal experience. We had some newlyweds from Michigan and a guy from Campbell River. So the conversation and the food was great!
Today was a sea day and we just relaxed. Checked out the casino, did drag bingo and didn't win, sat in the hammock, and ate lots of food. It was a cool day to start, but as the sun came out, it got nice and warm on the Pacific.
Not bad, coming from someone who doesn't eat shrimp.
Meat and nuts. Who doesn't love meat and nuts? (Almonds and Spanish ham)
Basically a bunch of foods to pick at. Not bad, but I like to assemble things and there was no bread (at this point) to combine these items with.
manzanilla olives, queso en aceite, roasted peppers, lavender marcona almonds, beets & smoked goat cheese tahini
This was good, it was Spanish cheese and crostini. As someone who likes to match and end with a clean plate, the amount of cheese was way too much for the number of crostini.
This was really tasty, so much chicken on a very flavorful rice. We shared this dish and the ribs and it was a good choice.
These baby back pork ribs were delicious! Sweet and flavorful with harissa honey. We liked them so much we each had our own portion when we visited later in the week.
After all the food we just ate, we barely dug into this massive piece of cheesecake. It was creamy and smooth, but so much!
This was so good, creamy rice pudding with a crispy cinnamon topping.
